Senior Product Designer

Neverbland is a digital product studio built for ambitious founders and future-focused brands. We design and build digital experiences where brand and product meet; functional, distinctive, and impossible to forget.

Our team turns complex or ambitious ideas into market-ready experiences that perform. We’re looking for a new design lead to join us and take ownership of our design output.

Role

We’re after a hands-on product designer who lives and breathes UX but can also deliver polished UI. Someone who combines strategic thinking with creative craft, and has the energy to help drive Neverbland forward.
You’ll lead discovery and UX strategy across projects, run workshops with clients, and work with other designers to deliver from concept to launch.
collaborating with trusted freelance specialists where needed.
You’ll help define and evolve Neverbland workflows, bringing a perspective on what place AI has across each stage of a process, where craft-led tools fit in, and what the hand off points should be between design and development.
Over time, you’ll also play a part in evolving how we present ourselves to the world, shaping our design voice, showcasing our work, and feeding into our external communications and marketing activity.
This is a leadership-track role: you’ll work directly with our CEO and Ops Director to shape how design and storytelling fit into Neverbland’s next chapter.

You'll be responsible for

Leading discovery and UX strategy for new digital products, from research and insight to journey maps and wireframes
Running client workshops that build clarity, momentum, and confidence
Creating interfaces that balance usability with character and craft
Overseeing freelance designers to ensure quality and cohesion across projects
Helping evolve Neverbland’s design systems, templates, and best practices
Contributing to proposals and presentations that win work
Championing Neverbland’s design voice, helping share our work, stories, and opinions across web, social, and events

We're looking for someone who

Has 4–8 years’ experience in UX/product design, ideally within a studio, startup, or digital product team
Can move comfortably between strategy, design, and client communication
Brings energy, curiosity, and drive; proactive about improving both the work and how we show it
Has strong presentation and storytelling skills
Is fluent in Figma and comfortable with prototyping, testing, and design systems
Has a portfolio that shows both problem-solving depth and aesthetic judgement
Wants to grow into a leadership role, helping shape the team and culture around them
