Senior Product Designer - London Hybrid (2 days/week) - Up to £100,000 + Equity - High Growth HealthTech

In Product is partnered with a high-growth HealthTech business on a mission to make healthcare more proactive and preventative. Their platform is already used by clinical teams across the UK, helping them spot risk earlier, act faster and deliver care more effectively.

This is a business in a real growth moment. They are scaling through people, technology and launches into new markets, and are already achieving significant ARR.

Design is established in the business and is moving to AI-first ways of working. Designers here don't stop at the mockup. They prototype in real interfaces, ship changes directly and stay close to the product right through to production.

As a Senior Product Designer you'll own design quality and direction within your product area, working closely with a Product Manager and Engineering Lead in a cross-functional squad.

In practice that means:
➡️ Shaping problems and creating clarity, not waiting to be handed a brief
➡️ Using AI tools to prototype and ship directly, rather than being held back by engineering capacity
➡️ Spending real time with clinical users, staying close to the reality of how the product is used
➡️ Pushing beyond obvious solutions while respecting the constraints that matter
➡️ Raising the bar on craft and coherence, including the details others might miss
➡️ Contributing to the systems and ways of working that allow design quality to scale

As the design function develops, there is genuine scope to shape hiring, practices and design leadership, including how AI-first design works across the team.

The experience we're looking for 👇

🔊 You will have used AI tools to prototype, build and ship, not just to speed up your existing workflow
🔊 You will have shipped features or UI improvements directly, independently or working closely with engineers
🔊 You will have led design within a cross-functional squad and owned outcomes, not just outputs
🔊 You will have worked end to end and can articulate trade-offs clearly and confidently
🔊 You will have improved design quality or ways of working beyond your immediate area
🔊 You will have built B2B products in a data-heavy and technically complex environment

Experience in healthcare is a bonus 💜
