Senior Product Designer

Are you a Senior Product Designer who designs by building? Consortia is working with a founder-led B2B SaaS business looking for someone to turn customer problems into working products using AI tools.

You’ll work alongside a successful founder with two previous exits and an experienced product and engineering team. They want someone who brings ideas, asks questions and contributes to decisions about what gets built. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with no people management responsibilities. Your focus will be designing, building and shipping.

What You'll Do
Own design from understanding customer problems through to testing and delivery.
Vibe code complete, interactive product flows using Claude Code or similar tools, covering realistic data, different states and edge cases.
Turn complex functionality into clear, intuitive user journeys.
Explore ideas with the founder and product team, refining concepts into practical solutions.
Gather customer feedback and use it to improve your designs.
Build on the existing design system to keep the experience consistent.
Work with engineering to review implementation and resolve design and usability issues.

What You'll Bring
Strong UX and interaction design skills, with evidence of simplifying complex functionality.
Hands-on experience vibe coding complete product experiences, with working examples you can demonstrate and explain.
Experience taking a product or feature from an initial problem through to delivery.
A background in a startup, studio or agency where you’ve worked independently and adapted to changing priorities.
Confidence explaining your decisions and working constructively through different opinions.
A calm, practical approach, with good judgement about where to focus your time and when to ship.
Experience in B2B SaaS or designing AI features would be a strong plus.

What's On Offer
£90,000–£100,000 salary, with further package details on application.
